Easily track your stock levels with Airsquare's new stock-take system

A stock take is the process of counting and recording the amount of stock you have for your products and sub products, at a certain point in time. This helps you to identify any discrepancies in your stock, create ongoing records and reconcile your expected stock levels with the stock you actually have in your inventory, i.e. your stock on hand.

Stock takes aren't the most fun, but here at Airsquare, we're trying to make this chore a little bit easier. We've built a system that enables you to count stock in bulk.

The stock take system records stock levels at a given point in time and this information is stored historically, so you can see changes at a glance. You'll be able to compare what stock count you're expecting, versus what you've actually counted.

Stock takes work on Airsquare mobile, so you can quickly scan barcodes when counting products.

If your stock is large, you can also do a partial stock take and work through the process as time allows.

At the end of the financial year, you can easily assess your final asset value, which will make your accountant very happy.

You can read more about stock takes here. Any feedback is welcome.

Happy counting!
