The Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce

The Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce (NTCOC), is a not-for-profit membership organisation that supports and promotes business in the Nelson Tasman region. 

They use multiple aspects of the Airsquare ecommerce platform to help them run their dynamic organisation like clockwork!

Organisation memberships

As a membership organisation, they use Airsquare's membership software to create membership accounts for organisations who wish to be part of the Chamber; Organisations can then log in to their personal account through the Chamber website. There they can book events, make payments and edit their details. The Chamber also uses Airsquare's membership directory to list their member's logos, bios and contact details, so it's easy for their members to be indexed and found online.

Account Login

The NTCOC also use Airsquare accounts, so that clients can log in to view and edit their account details, make online payments and book events.

Airsquare Events

The Chamber run a regular schedule of business networking and informational events. They list these events on their website using Airsquare's event ticketing system, allowing members to log in, register and pay for events.

Airsquare Ecommerce

Recently, NTCOC has also added some products to their website, namely their newly developed Nelson Tasman edition of Monopoly and Top Trumps games. They use Airsquare ecommerce to sell the products online.

Airsquare Xero Integration

The Chamber also uses Xero accounting software, which Airsquare seamlessly integrates with. So any invoices that are generated in Airsquare from memberships, events or products sales are automatically added to Xero for ease of accounting.
