How do I setup purchase order as a payment option in Airsquare?

  1. Go to Commerce > Payment methods.
  2. Under Payment methods make sure the Purchase order option is selected.
  3. Click Update payment methods.

How does the purchase order option work?

If you've enabled purchase order, it'll appear as a payment method to the customer during checkout. If they choose to pay with this method, they are required to enter a purchase order number. The order is immediately added when they click Place order. The order has a status of Awaiting payment. You'll see the order come through marked with a payment method of purchase order, and the purchase order number is shown when you view the order in Airsquare.

It's then up to you to process the order as you would for a purchase order.
