To be affordable to small ecommerce businesses, we charge a small transaction fee on our smaller plans. Once you're flying, switch to our large plan and pay no transaction fees.

How does this free trial thing work?
Just sign up with your email address & start creating your website straightaway! There is no obligation & no credit card required. We won't hassle you. At the end of your 30 day trial, if you want to continue with Airsquare, choose a plan and pay monthly. Otherwise, just delete your website - no questions asked!
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay your monthly invoice by credit card or debit card (anything with VISA or MasterCard on it will work)
What are transaction fees?
On two of our payment plans listed above ('Small' and 'Medium'), you will note that we have listed transaction fees. This means that every time you sell a product or ticket on your website, we charge a percentage of the total order amount (2% or 1% depending on your plan). These fees are in addition to any credit card fees that are payable to your payment gateway provider (e.g. PayPal, Pin Payments or Stripe). If you don't want to pay any transaction fees to us, you can choose our 'Large' plan.
What are credit card processing fees?
When you connect your shopping cart to a payment gateway, you will be subject to their credit card processing fees. Each payment gateway charges different fees - See here for more information.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. To clarify, you don't need a domain name to try Airsquare but you can register your own domain (or use your existing domain) after your Airsquare trial. We can help you with that, but purchasing and renewing your domain name is your responsibility.
I don't have time to create my own website!

I already have a website - can I move it to Airsquare?
Yes. Sign up for our free trial and if you like Airsquare, we can help you import content from your current website and switch over your domain name. Email us for more information.
Do I need to buy an extra SSL certificate for my site?
No. We handle all the SSL / secure encryption for you.
What about email addresses?
If you want an email address that matches your domain, we recommend Google Apps for Work. If you need assistance to set this up, we can put you in touch with a Google expert.
