Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

Just sign up and get stuck in! There is no obligation and no credit card required. We won't hassle you. At the end of your 30 day trial, if you want to continue with Airsquare, choose a plan and pay monthly. Otherwise, just delete your account - no questions asked.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You pay your monthly invoice by credit card or debit card (anything with VISA or MasterCard on it will work).

What are transaction fees?

On two of our payment plans listed above (SMALL and MEDIUM), you will note that we have listed transaction fees. This means that every time an order has been created on our system, we charge a percentage of the total order amount (2% or 1%, depending on your plan). These fees are in addition to any 3rd party payment fees (e.g. PayPal or Stripe). If you don't want to pay any transaction fees to us, you can choose our LARGE plan.

What are 3rd party payment fees?

When you use a 3rd party payment provider, like Stripe (for accepting credit card payments), you will be subject to their fees. Each payment provider charges different fees.

How long are your contracts?

Our plans are month by month. 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Do you offer discounts for Charities and NFPs?

Yes! If your website is for a registered charity or NFP, you get 20% off your monthly Airsquare subscription.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. To clarify, you don't need a domain name to try Airsquare but you will register your own domain (or use your existing domain) when you want to go live with your Airsquare website. We can help you with that, but purchasing and renewing the domain name is your responsibility.

Do I need my own hosting?

No, we host the website for you.

I don't have time to set it all up, can you help?

We understand, you're busy running your own business, right? Just give us a shout and we can go through your options.

I already have a website - can I move it to Airsquare?

Yes. Sign up for our free trial, and if you like Airsquare, we can help you import content from your current website and switch over your domain name. Email us for more information.

Do I need to buy an extra SSL certificate for my site?

No. We handle all the SSL / secure encryption for you.

What about email addresses?

If you want an email address that matches your domain, we recommend Google Workspace. If you need assistance to set this up, we can put you in touch with a Google expert.

Does it work in my country?

We have customers all around the world and we support many different currencies. If you want to accept credit cards online, you'll need to check that Stripe or PayPal support your country and currency.
